Astrocartography in Motion
How the Places I’ve Lived Shaped Who I Am
I’ve been studying astrocartography for about five years now, but it wasn’t until later in my journey that I realized why I felt so drawn to it. At first, I was just curious. But as I looked back at the cities I had lived in and mapped them against my astrocartography chart, I started to see clear energetic patterns—like cosmic fingerprints left on each chapter of my life.
It felt less like I was choosing places, and more like these places were choosing me.
Each move aligned with a major turning point, personal awakening, or a deep lesson I had to learn. The energy lines running through these places mirrored the themes I was living through. It wasn’t always intentional, but it was always aligned.
Let me take you through the cities that shaped me:
Valencia, CA
Temecula, CA
New York City
Washington, D.C.
Dallas
Salt Lake City
Tulsa
Valencia, Spain
Madrid
Each of these places holds a distinct energetic signature in my astrocartography chart, and the lived experiences I had there match those planetary influences in profound ways.
Take Salt Lake City, for example. I moved there in May 2020, right as the world was changing. That’s also when I started calling what I do house photography. It wasn’t traditional photography—it was more like capturing the energetic themes of “home” through a cosmic lens. It was the beginning of my deeper integration of astrocartography into my work, and into my identity.
From there, I was called to Tulsa, then Valencia. Valencia felt like a magnetic pull, and at first I thought it was just a hunch. But after digging into both my chart and my ancestry, I realized the pull wasn’t random—it was ancestral. I don’t have any living family in Spain anymore; it’s been about four generations since anyone in my line lived there. But I knew I was being called back. And when I looked at my astrocartography lines for Spain? Valencia lit up.
That’s the thing about astrocartography—it doesn’t always reveal itself in real-time. But when you look back, it’s like reading a cosmic journal of your life.
Now I’m in Madrid, and the photography I’m doing here—visual, energetic, and astrocartographic—feels like a continuation of the story. A new chapter, but with familiar themes: identity, ancestry, movement, transformation.
This work isn’t just about where to move or where to visit. It’s about understanding how the places we’ve lived have shaped us. It’s about tracing the unseen energetic threads that guide our transitions.
And if you’re navigating a transition yourself—relocation, career, identity—I’d love to support you in finding the places that help you become more you.
